Next Steps after we receive this information:

1. Once we obtain this information, we will contact you and email you cremation authorizations forms and any other forms that need to be intialed and signed.

2. That will complete the paperwork process.

3. We will begin the cremation process. Please read below on the guidelines we follow:

A cremation cannot take place during the first 24 hours after death.

A cremation cannot take place without the signed authorization on the Ohio Death Certificate by the attending physican of the deceased. This could take up to 7 to 10 days to get signed based on the schedule of the attending physician.

We will obtain a permit from the State Registrar prior to cremation.

4. Once the cremation has taken place we will contact the family to pickup the cremated remains, any death certificates that have been ordered along with any merchandise.
