Your Next Steps

Please either call prior to the death or in the event of a loved one passing to obtain this information.

1. Call 513-575-7332 to discuss the arrangement process and to obtain pricing information.

2. During the phone call we will provide you a bottom line price for what you are requesting.  We will instruct you how to register your loved one on our website or you can register HERE. 

3. Once that information has been submitted to us, we will fill out the cremation authorization forms required for cremation and will email these in a electonic initial and signature document.

4. Once you have received the forms in your email, please open the document and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and finalize.  Once they have been completed, we will receive an email with the completed forms and you will receive a copy as well via email.

5. Our staff and care facility will handle the arrangements from this point and will be in communication with your family regarding the process of the cremation.
